Chris is a director of Talking
About Pty Ltd and has been involved in the coaching field since 1994.
He previously worked with Gaia Consulting Group for over
five years before forming Talking About with Jacqui Chaplin in 2004.
He
has over 1000 hours of coaching experience with both individuals and groups,
including providing executive coaching to clients overseas.
Chris specialises in executive and leadership coaching, and in developing
new coaches. He is currently the Coaching Director for our Coach Development
program and has written on the subject of coaching for over 10 years.
He is a graduate of Newfield Australia's Diploma of Ontological Coaching,
holds an Executive Diploma of Business Leadership Coaching and is a member
of the International Coach Federation. He is also qualified to administer
the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and has been trained in the use of
MBTI Step II. He is also trained in the use of a number of Human
Synergistics profiling tools including Life Styles Inventory, Group Styles
Inventory and Coach. He also holds a Diploma in Training and Assessment
Systems (Certificate 4).
His clients include ExxonMobil, CSL, Country Fire Authority, MF&ESB and TXU
Australia.

Jacqui
is a director of Talking About Pty Ltd and has been involved in the coaching
field since 1998.
She
previously worked with Gaia Consulting Group for over four years before
forming Talking About with Chris Chittenden in 2004.
She
has over 1000 hours of coaching experience with both individuals and groups,
including providing executive coaching to multi-national clients.
Jacqui specialises in executive and leadership coaching, and and is
actively involved in coach training in internal business settings
. She also supervises students in TA’s program for training
new coaches.
She
is a graduate of Newfield Australia's Diploma of Ontological Coaching, holds
an Executive Diploma of Business Leadership Coaching and is a member of the
International Coach Federation. She has completed a Master of Business
Administration and is also qualified to administer the Human Synergistics’
Lifestyles Inventory, Groups Styles Inventory, CoACH tool, and the
Leadership/Impact program. She also holds a Diploma in Training and
Assessment Systems (Cert IV).
Her
clients include ExxonMobil, CSL, Country Fire Authority, Sensis, TXU
Australia, RMIT University and the Royal District Nursing Service.
She
is available for professional speaking engagements in the areas of
leadership, well being and networking.
In
2004, Jacqui co-authored and self-published her first book, Infomaniac,
which is available through Talking About.

Graeme Schache -

Graeme worked with
Chris and Jacqui at Gaia Consulting Group and now continues his work as a
Coach through his own business, Graeme J. Schache & Associates and as an
Associate at Talking About.
His special interests in the business and
coaching domains include: coaching in, and designing and conducting
workshops on, topics such as – leadership, building relationships, team
members, mood management, performance management, conflict resolution and
mediation, embracing diversity, and process consulting. The Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator and its implications for individuals is also a special
interest for Graeme.
Graeme became a Certified Ontological Coach following studies in the USA in 1994
and is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He
is a member of the International Coach Federation.
In his ongoing role of coaching
consultant, Graeme has worked with large chemical and petrochemical
companies, emergency services organisations and other government
organisations. He has also worked in the insurance, transport, retail, and
advertising industries.
Prior to commencing work in his first consultancy venture in 1990, Graeme was a
senior manager in a large government organisation working in such areas as
engineering, finance, management and supervisory training, change
management, policy development and implementation, organisation
effectiveness review, organisation restructuring and Human Resource
Management.
